| Help Sebring Preserve Its History Support the Bequest and Endowment Fund |
| The Society's immediate goal for the museum is $100,000 in Endowment Funds. This amount would generate earnings of about $6,000 a year and would help pay for the museum's annual operating budget. Only the income from the endowment fund is disbursed. The principal amount of the endowment can never be used. Contributions are tax-deductible. |

| There are several ways that gifts can be made to the Endowment: 1. A gift of cash in any amount. 2. Contribute shares of stock or a mutual fund. This method avoids capital gains for the donor. 3. Give a fully paid life insurance policy. 4. Make a bequest in your will to our Endowment Fund of either a fixed amount or a percentage of your gross estate and state that the fund is an endowment with the interest to be used as the Sebring Historical Society deems necessary. |
